UNFIT FOR ILLUSION is a project of LA SOCIÉTÉ DES INFILTRATIONNISTES.
“UNFIT FOR ILLUSION IS NOT A TEXT, IT IS A VIRUS IN THE FORM OF A SOCIAL CRITIQUE WHICH PROVES THAT THE WORLD OF FASHION IS A COGNITIVE ILLUSION.” STEVE OKLYN
This trilogy, which many are already presenting such as the WikiLeaks of the fashion world, is presented in the minimalist form of 3 books which demonstrate how the world of fashion, such as all forms of government, must conspire for survival:
DAISY CHAIN: 12 pages, including the the front and rear covers [250 names]
ECHO CHAMBER: 6 pages, including the the front and rear covers [100 names]
COCK RING: 4 pages, including the the front and rear covers [50 names]
What we analyse is what the majority of people think is impossible: creating a thought process which evolves beyond the Situationists. And these we have named “les Infiltrationnistes”.
And this through a simple observation:
The SPECTACLE has been replaced by the ALGORHITHM
Guy Debord in 1967 presents the concept of the spectacle within The Society of the Spectacle and STEVE OKLYN presents the concept of the algorithm, in 2016, with La société des Infiltrationnistes. In other words, to infiltrate the algorithms of the fashion world, the Infiltrationnistes have had to execute and exploit a novel version of the algorithm at a superior level.
The objective of this novel algorithm is to invert the propaganda of the world of fashion. The Infiltrationniste is a specialist in inverting propaganda. The world of fashion manipulates the visible scene. The Infiltrationniste functions on the invisible scene.
La Société de l’Algorithme is therefore a manual written for the impoverished on how to prevail. Here, on this terrain of disruptive experimentation, each list is realised by the grace of reverse engineering, which is an activity that consists in studying an object so as to determine its internal functioning or method of fabrication. We speak equally of retroconception.
Our objective is very well to dispossess the fashion world of its power. It is the dispossession of its power through sapping its legitimacy, forcing it to recognise its own arbitrary character, revealing to it that it operates in a hypothetical dimension. Our objective is to expose the fact that it functions but as a circumstance, to render transparent its stratagems, its methods and its tactics.
This world promotes progressive ideas which are fundamentally regressive. The generation of baby-boomers which possess and exploit the world of fashion are still young on the inside, in their thinking, but the perspectives which they open up are, in their image, wrinkled, decrepit, corrupt and damnable.
We are in an era of rupture which takes form in a political decadence, at once political, moral and ecological.
Necessarily, we have commenced to be emotionally exhausted by the impoverishment and the destruction of Occidental civilisation.
Everything that we see is commercial and without soul. The totality of persons and societies implied within this are organised such as a virus. This virus acts like cultural propaganda. The dominant attribute of this cultural infection is a delirious state of self-importance. It is the code of the cultural control of this epoch. The result is 50 years of cultural infection.
Our society has no vital need for models, for creators of fashion, for brand ambassadors, and still less for the cabal of the world of fashion of whom the sole end is self-recompensation, self-congratulation, always to the detriment of the community and in particular of the global youth.
There are today less than 500 who hold the rules of the game that they have themselves written.
The collection of processes fabricated by this little world is nothing but a death-machine. The death of beauty. The death of childhood. The death of individual rights and of self-determining consciousness.
All persons involved in this rinsing of the social mind are are culpable of thought-crimes.
They are organised to kill every sentiment of hope in an entire generation and to KILL literally their consciousness.
This spectacle is not but the hopelessness of some hundreds of millions of persons deprived of their capacity to develop naturally their own conception of happiness.
What is it that the spectacle offers through the world of fashion today if it isn’t the so disquieting representation of a global phenomena of cultural warming?
This disintegration of our culture, of our history is rarely pointed out.
STEVE OKLYN through the works DAISY CHAIN, ECHO CHAMBER and COCK RING has cast a warning out to the readers of this communiqué: Be conscious that each day there exist more and more signs of the imminent death of our human species, at once through the climatic warming of the planet, but also, and with an equal speed, through the death of our common cultural consciousness.
